DHS has automatically extended Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Lebanon for six additional months, from May 28, 2026, through November 27, 2026. This extension occurs because DHS did not issue a decision on whether Lebanon still qualifies for TPS at least 60 days before the previous designation was set to expire. Lebanese nationals with TPS can continue living and working in the United States during this extension period.
