In this notice, the Department of Labor (Department) recognizes that, for purposes of digital identity verification services, Login.gov, a shared technology service within the United States General Services Administration (GSA), has in place safeguards adequate to satisfy the requirements of the Federal regulation on the confidentiality and disclosure of unemployment compensation (UC) information.
